Our production team assembles and wires each machine to a repeatable configuration for the model.
Calibration
Optical alignment, focus, power and working-area settings are calibrated and documented.
Burn-in and sample test
The machine is run and used to mark a sample before packing, so obvious faults are caught early.

Ask for the build sheet
A serious manufacturer can list the laser source, lens, control board, motion system and software version for the exact unit you are buying. A generic catalogue page is not a build sheet. The document should match the quotation, including the marking area and the options fitted.
Ask for a sample on your own part
A demo on the factory’s sample plate proves the machine works. A demo on your material proves it works for you. Send the actual part or a cut section, with the mark content and the cycle time you need, and ask for a photograph of the result at the magnification you will inspect. Ask for the parameters used as well, so the same result can be repeated after installation.
Ask who supports the machine after delivery
Confirm who answers technical questions, who supplies spare parts and how warranty claims are handled in your country. A two-year warranty is only useful if the parts and the person answering the message are reachable. If you are comparing suppliers, send us the same part and specification you send them. We will return a sample, a build sheet and a clear quotation so the comparison is like for like.
