Inline laser marking on a production line
Shop by category
Choose the laser source that matches your material, or add coding and automation when the job needs variable data.

Fiber Laser
Permanent marks on stainless steel, aluminium, brass and coated metal.

CO₂ Laser
Warm engraving and clean marking on organic and coated materials.

UV Laser
Cold 355nm marking for thin plastics, glass, packaging and fine parts.

Accessories
Configure a complete production cell and keep spares on hand.
What our lasers mark
Short clips from real jobs. Final contrast and cycle time depend on the material, surface finish and settings — we test your sample to confirm.
Metal, coated metal and anodised aluminium

Wood, packaging, acrylic and organic materials

Plastics, glass and heat-sensitive parts

Dates, batches and QR codes on the line
When a laser is not the right fit, inkjet coding prints variable data on products and packaging. Choose the technology by surface and line speed.

CIJ Inkjet Printers
Dates and batch codes on bottles, cans, cable, pipe and eggs. Up to 380 m/min.

TIJ Inkjet Printers
Sharp codes on cartons, labels and boxes. Online conveyor unit or handheld.

TTO Printers
Crisp date codes on pouches, film and labels. Up to 650 mm/s.
From one machine to a full line
Traceability, inspection and labeling modules that work with laser and inkjet marking.

One product, one code
Batch and serial codes linked to your production data.

Check every code
Verify print quality and reject unreadable marks on the line.

Common questions
Which laser is right for my material?
Fiber for metal, CO₂ for wood, acrylic and leather, UV for plastics and glass. Tell us the material and we will recommend a source and power.
Do I need training to use it?
No. Machines arrive assembled with configuration files and setup guidance. Most customers mark their first piece within a day.
How fast do you ship?
Most machines ship within 5–7 business days after payment clears. DDP delivery is available on request.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty terms are confirmed at quotation. Consumables and wear items are excluded. See the warranty page for full terms.
Start with the material
Fiber lasers mark stainless steel, aluminium, brass and coated metals. CO₂ lasers engrave wood, acrylic, leather and glass. UV lasers mark plastics, glass and packaging with minimal heat. If you mark more than one material, say so before the order: a single machine can sometimes cover two, but the lens and power may need to change.
Match power and marking area to the part
Power controls speed and contrast, not the size of the mark. The marking area comes from the lens, and a larger area usually means a larger spot and less fine detail. Measure the largest part you will actually mark, then choose the lens for that part rather than for a hypothetical future job.
Budget for the fixture and extraction
A rotary axis, a taller column, a fume extractor and a spare lens often decide whether the machine is productive in the first week. These are listed in laser machine accessories, and they are easier to order with the machine than to add later.
If the parts arrive on a conveyor rather than at a bench, the same questions apply but the answer changes: a flying laser may remove the need for a fixture altogether. Send a video of the line if that is the plan.
Send a sample of the material with the mark you need. We will confirm the source, power and lens, and quote the complete configuration. For background, read about laser marking.
