Common questions
What is the maximum line speed?
Up to 380 m/min, depending on the number of lines, character height and code content. We confirm the achievable speed for your code layout.
Can it print four lines of data?
Yes. The high-speed model supports 1–4 lines within its 34-dot character height.
Is IP55 enough for a washdown area?
IP55 protects against dust and water jets. For direct high-pressure washdown, confirm the installation position and any additional enclosure with us.
Can it connect to my factory network?
The printer supports standard interfaces and message management. We confirm the exact connectivity against your line controller.
Do you provide installation support?
We provide commissioning guidance, manuals and remote support. On-site service depends on your location and is confirmed in the quotation.

Protect the print position
Vibration moves the head and shifts the code. Therefore, mount the bracket on a rigid frame. Also keep the cable run away from moving parts, and check the head height at the start of every shift. Then a loose bracket cannot ruin a production run. However, a faster line does not always need a faster printer. Instead, a better trigger can solve a position problem.
Add inspection when a bad code is costly
A missing code can stop the line or trigger a recall. In that case, add vision inspection after the print head. The camera checks presence and readability. Then a rejection device removes the failed product. As a result, no bad code reaches the pallet. Also, keep the encoder wheel clean.
Confirm the line data before the order
Send a video of the line and the code layout. First, we check the product gap, the line speed and the mounting space. Then we confirm the head, ink and bracket. In addition, we test the code on your product. Finally, we run the code at the slowest and fastest line speed. You see the result before you commit.
A high speed CIJ printer needs a stable product gap.
Compare the small character model if the line runs at lower speed. Read the material guide for ink advice. Then send your line data through the quote form. For background, read about barcodes.
